Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! However there is no such a large difference between the two but yet a slight difference only and is that, Food Technology deals with the production processes that make foods. Whereas, Food (Process) Engineering deals with microbiology, applied physical sciences, chemistry and engineering for food and related industries.

Also career opportunities in both the field is vast and good you can choose according to you with your preferences.
