According to the eligibility criteria for JEE advanced, you are eligible to write the exam. The eligibility criteria for SC category students is 65% marks in 12th board exams.
You'll be eligible for JEE advanced in 2020, if you wrote 12th board exam in the year 2019. You'll be eligible for only one more attempt, meaning you can't write JEE advanced after 2020. There are only two attempts for JEE advanced, and both are in consecutive years. As an SC candidate, you must be born after 1989.

Hey Ankur,
If you are willing to take admission in one of the top college of India such as IIT then admission criteria is your 12th marks and JEE mains+JEE advanced percentile. You have to appear for JEE mains exams. Now, if you under SC category then your 12th marks are enough but try to score in JEE exam for taking admission in good branch of IIT college in India.
