what is the Karnataka local seats eligibility criteria for students who has to move to other state after 10th class? My son would atudy PU in Telangana. he has studied 1 to 10th class in Karnataka. would he bexome local in Karnataka? if so, how to apply for local category at the time of admisson

The eligibility for domicile certificate in the state of karnataka is as follows:
- To apply for a Karnataka domicile certificate, the applicant should have been a permanent resident in the state for at least 6 years from a given year. If you qualify this criteria, you can apply for the domicile certificate which will make you able to take the benefits of a local candidate.
