Hello!
Before all India quota applications starts state quota seats are filled up first.
It depends where you have done your 11th n 12th class in which state because it becomes your domicile. In case if you don't get through seat in state quota you can apply for all India quota and you can choose your preferable state you want to study.
It depends on which state you completed your 11th and 12th class and you will be avail to have seat in state quota itself.
And it all depends on cut off what your state holds.
