why in horse and cart problem of physics we ignore the friction acting on horse feet???

Hey friend!

These two forces are not cancelled because they are acting on different objects. The force "ground pushes horse" tends to accelerate the horse, and the force "horse pushes ground" tends to accelerate the ground.

Newton's Third Law Force Pair-"horse pulls waggon" and "waggon pulls horse" They are equal in magnitude and in the opposite direction.
