Hello Aspirant,

Definitely you can get admission as previous year's cuttoff is higher than your rank. Also, dont entirely trust previous year's ranks to be 100% true, I myself have experienced this, as students are also admitted in spot admissions. Don't worry at all, you will get your desired branch, if not be CEE allotment, then by Spot admission.
