Will my money deposited in kpc medical state quota 1st round be refunded if I get govt. College in 2nd round?

You have to confirm this with the college department regarding their refund policies. As not everyone have the refund policy so better confirm with the college.

As per MCI guidelines you will get full payment refunded if you will upgraded to govt college.
