Academics: The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated, with many updated as smart classes. The laboratories are state-of-the-art, featuring advanced instruments for research. The Central Library and the 24/7 air-conditioned Cyber Library are exceptional, providing high-speed internet and a vast collection of books. Sports: The university excels in athletics, boasting huge sports grounds, indoor stadiums, a swimming pool, and well-maintained gyms for all students. Living & Food: The hostels are clean, safe, and surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful environment. The food in the mess and canteens is strictly hygienic, nutritious, and very affordable, often described by students as having a "homely" taste (ghar ka khana). Overall, BHU provides a clean, green, and highly supportive environment perfect for student life.

College Infrastructure
I like my college infrastructure, it good, its not top but it good all the building are highly maintain , and hygiene is there too , and all other necessary needs like healthcare , road , electricity but transport is an issue which can be solved by a 2nd hand cycle cause roads are good

All the facilities are very good in our campus. Very good infrastructure along with security is very high military is buffering around every time but some seniors are dickheads they think himself oversmart but they are not .

For admission to the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), BHU MBA 2026:

You must appear for the CAT 2025 exam, as IMS BHU accepts CAT scores.

CAT 2025 forms are released in August 2025, and the exam will be in November 2025.

After CAT results (January 2026), fill the IMS BHU MBA application form on the BHU website.

Shortlisting is based on CAT percentile, followed by GD and PI rounds.

A bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and 45% for SC/ST is required.

Hello, for a 3 year LLB Degree at Banaras Hindu University, the fee is very nominal. The annual tuition fee is around Rupees 600, while total semester wise charges, including other minor fees range from rupees 1500 to 2300 per semester. This makes BHU one of the most affordable options for pursuing an LLB, compared to other private law colleges.
