The admissions of Central University of Tamil Nadu are offered at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and appear in the CUCET.
After that, the candidates must register for the counselling process and choose CUTN as their preferred center.
The final admissions are offered to candidates who have locked their choices, applied for seat allotment, verified their documents and paid the admission fees.

Aspirants must qualify National Level Fellowship Examinations like UGC-CSIR -JRF/UGC-JRF.
Aspirants who have not appeared for National Level Fellowship Examinations must appear for CUCET.
Aspirants who have qualified in the National Level Fellowship Examinations need not appear for CUCET and directly appear for the interview.
The final admissions are offered on the basis of performance in the qualifying examination, interview, seat allotment, verification of documents and payment of admission fees.

The eligibility criteria for MCom admission is a bachelor's degree in commerce from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks for General category, 50% marks OBC (Non-creamy Layer) and 45% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates at Graduate level.
The eligibility criteria for LLM admission is a A LLB Degree or its equivalent with not less than 50% of marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD) in the aggregate in all the 3 years / 5 years of B.L / LLB degree course.

The teachers were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and it is very helpful for the future. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite difficult, if you perfectly concentrate on your study then easily score good.
The course I did is MA History, which really made me job-ready. The teachers are highly qualified and most of them are abroad students. the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
Central University of Tamilnadu does not offer master of computer application to the students.
