• Registration of candidates: Interested candidates need to register themselves in the Central University of Tamil Nadu placement cell for participation in the recruitment drive.

• Pre-Placement Talk: The companies interested in recruiting students from Central University of Tamil Nadu visit the campus and talk to interested students about the working of the company, the job role offered by them to the students and the amount of vacancies they have for that position.

• Shortlisting of Candidates: Interested candidates share their CV with the organisation and apply for the job. Candidates are shortlisted by the organisation based on their CV and further rounds are conducted with the selected candidates.

• Application Test: The shortlisted candidates are required to appear for a test conducted by the organisation which tests the candidates on a variety of parameters. The candidates qualifying this round are required to appear for the next round.
