Dr BR Ambedkar University (DBRAU), Agra placement cell aims to develop the skills and personality of the students overall. DBRAU placement cell organises many events and activities to improve the industry experts on various topics related to the industry and career opportunities.
DBRAU Placement Cell provides different job opportunities to students in various sectors and organisations. The placement cell at DBRAU Agra placement cell gives guidance on the technical and soft skills of the students and makes them industry-ready till the end of their course.

DBRAU Placement Process 2025
DBRAU placement cell invites companies and organisations to their placement drive.
The invited companies organise a pre-placement event where they give an insight about the companies working structure, job description to the students and take up queries from the students of DBRAU Agra based on the company and sectors in which companies are working.
Students are shortlisted based on their CVs by the organisations.
Organisations who participate in the DBRAU placement drive begin their selection process which includes a written test of the selected students, group discussions and personal interviews of the select students.

I have done well in my BSc Computer Science from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. Placement opportunities are mediocre with a few getting placed in nearby IT firms and start-ups. The best student has been offered a package of 6-7 LPA, and the average package offered is that of 2.5-3.5 LPA. Higher studies or government sectors are preferred by most students over placements, though. A limited number of students also receive internships in minor IT companies, but campus recruitment is limited.

Dr Bhim Rai Ambedkar University is a state university located in Agra,uttarpradesh, India.It is established on 1927.infrastructure of this college is good.The placement structure of this college is not very good.The salary package offered for this college ranges between 10 LPA -15 LPA.The average salary package offered was 1.5 LPA.Faculty of this college is very helpful,qualified and well experienced.
