RPCAU, Pusa Placements 2025 - Highest Package, Average Package, Student Placed

RPCAU Pusa Placement Process

• To perform the campus drive, the placement team and the recruiting businesses first agree on a placement schedule.  

• Companies will offer students a pre-placement talk to inform them of the fundamental policies of the firm and to provide them with an overview of the organisation. 

• Companies administer the pre-placement talk test to evaluate students' and prospective students' quantitative aptitude, logical ability, English proficiency, and other skills. 

• Those candidates who pass the exam will also need to take part in a group discussion to express their opinions and make a presentation to the interviewers. 

• Companies conduct interviews, such as technical and HR interviews, among others, to determine whether or not a candidate is qualified for the position.  

• Upon passing all of the demanding exams and interviews, the student is ultimately chosen and given employment offers based on their qualifications.
