MPH at Eternal University, Sirmour Offline Course

Master of Public Administration (MPH) is a two-year full-time course and Postgraduate course and it is offered at Akal College of Health and Allied Sciences and offered by Eternal University, Sirmour.

Eternal University has initiated a Post-Graduate program like M.P.H with a combination of innovative curricula and basic Research in different areas of specialization ( Epidemiology, Program Policy, and Planning, Health Management, RMNCH+A) as well as a Doctorate Programme in Public Health that is Ph.D. in public Health w.e.f. session 2018-19. Six batches of MPH have been rolled out till date. All the passed-out scholars are well placed on the jobs of their satisfaction. With ever-increasing Health Problems, the demand & scope of Public Health expertise has also increased. Therefore, in order to develop an efficient Public Health workforce to meet the future needs of India, Eternal University has started two-year Post-Graduate Residential Courses in Public Health. The village panchayats provide avenues for the Health Education camps to be organized by the students. Various Health Awareness Rallies, School health projects, Research Projects, Roleplays, and Family visits are organized by MPH scholars to benefit our local community. Effluent Treatment Plant, Biomedical Waste Management, and Solid Waste Management unit are being studied and taken by MPH scholars for occupational health hazards considerations used for resolving public health issues.
