Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry has a training and placement cell to assist the students in campus placement. After doing a PhD degree in plant pathology the package you can get varies upto 8 lakhs per annum which I think is okay many students takes part in placements but most of the students they start their preparation for UGC NET to become a assistant professor and some students they start their teaching carrier in a private college and university

Placement in our university for MSc Plant pathology is not very great as some private company do comes in our university but they offers a low salary package of upto 4 to 5 lakhs per annum package to the students which I think is a low package so many students after doing their master they start for IBPS AFO exam preparation

Private company do visits our university they offers placements also but the package offered to the students are not very much good after doing a Bsc Hons Horticulture you can easily get a starting package between 3 to 4 lakhs per annum which I think for me is not so good
