HNLU offers one-year LL.M. Program spread over three trimesters. The LL.M. program is designed to inculcate research skills and analytical abilities in students. In addition to classroom training imparted through innovative teaching methods, the LL.M. Program is focused on self-learning and research conducted by the students under the guidance of the faculty members. and these are the Specializations Offered in LL. M. Program 1. Corporate Law 2. Intellectual Property Rights Law 3. Environmental Law 4. Technology and Law 5. Public Law
Eligibility Criteria
- An LL.B Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May are also eligible to apply.
- No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT.
Admission Details
Admission to the LL.M. Program shall exclusively be based on the performance of the candidate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). However, in order to be eligible to appear in CLAT.
