The IIM Kozhikode selection process for the Postgraduate Programme of two years admission is conducted in two phases. Candidates who satisfy the above IIM Kozhikode cut-off criteria are chosen for stage 1. The second stage also includes preparing the final merit list for IIM Kozhikode. Based on candidates' results in the following criteria and weightage, a final merit list is prepared.
The short-listed candidates must appear for a PI. During the PI process, the panel evaluates the academic efforts and disposition, general awareness and social disposition, attitude, personality and communication and the quality of work experience of each candidate. The resume scores are calculated based on the quality of academic and professional qualifications. After the conclusion of the PI process, the final scores are computed based on the performance in CAT 2024, PI, and resume. A IIM Kozhikode category-wise merit list is prepared based on the final scores.

IIMK has a wide campus with modern facilities for the interactive learning of students. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, hostel, sports, medical, etc., facilities were available for the students. The infrastructure of IIMK was well maintained and developed. Facilities offered to our course students were good enough. For the students' academics and knowledge development, various modern facilities such as the library, computer labs, Wi-Fi, projectors, etc. were provided here in the college. Hostel facility was available for the students. All the facilities of the college were of good quality. Multiple sports facilities were available in the college for the students.
