A candidate must have B.Tech with an expected score 60 percent marks.. or an equivalent degree in Biomedical/ Ceramic/ Chemical/ Computer/ Electrical/ Electronics (Telecommunication/Instrumentation/Control)/ Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engg. / OR M.Sc. degree in Physics.
