- M.Sc. Degree in Environmental Science/ Chemistry/ Zoology/ Botany/ Geology/ Microbiology/ Atmospheric Science/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Earth Science/ Geochemistry/ Remote Sensing and GIS.
- M.Sc.Tech. Degree in Environmental Science/ Biotechnology/ Atmospheric Science/ Remote Sensing and GIS.
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Environmental/ Civil/ Chemical/ Mining/ Biotechnology.
Admission Details
The admission to different M. Tech. Programs for candidates will be made on the basis of their GATE score/rank.

College Infrastructure
Yes, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad have all the necessary infrastructure like smart classroom with proper seating arrangements whiteboard blackboard and smartboard. The best part about IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is its library...one can spend his/her whole day there. In campus you can find amul and Nescafe canteen... In campus there is gym,sports and wifi facility. It's a beautiful campus with Greenery all around.If I talk about improvement scope. There is not sufficient or required equipments for research student.
