Pre-Placements Talk: The Amity Ranchi Pre-Placements Talk (PPT) is a platform for interaction between corporate fraternities and students. The recruiters share their company's vision, work culture and available job opportunities. The pre-placement talk is followed by a Q&A session to help the students gain a deeper understanding of the organisation and job role offered.
Application: Interested students can apply to the organisation through the Industry Interaction and Placement Committee office. As a part of the application, they have to submit their resume which will be shared with the organisation by the Industry Interaction and Placement Committee Office.
Placement Interview: The recruiter shortlists candidates to either go for an Aptitude written test/ Group Discussion rounds/ Personal interview rounds depending on the recruitment policy of the organisation.
Offers and Acceptance: Once the final interview round is held, the company makes a firm offer to the candidate. The offer letter includes details like job role, compensation package, location, date of joining and other terms and conditions that are required.
