You have scored very less marks in your Graduation and to get admission in LLB course you have to apply for the CLAT Examination. CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test and this examination is conducted by 14 National Law Schools/Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post graduate degree programmes LL.B & LL.M.

Hello aspirant,
To get admission in Masters of legislative law, one needs to have 50-55% minimum marks in graduation. There are some relaxations for reserved cateogries in different universities but the minimum percentage for general category remains to be 50-55%. In Karnataka state law University, the minimum percentage required is 45%, so you cannot get admission in this college.
However you can also check in the local law colleges (both government and private) in and around your place or anywhere across the country where they are not strict with law graduation marks.
If not, then you should explore options other than law.
I hope this information helps you.
For DU there is a reservation of 15% for SC candidates and 7.5% for ST candidates and this is probably the same in all the colleges in INDIA.
For more info's you should visit the college website in which you are trying to get a admission at and you will know the exact number of seats available for the department you want to opt for.
