Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankaradeva Viswavidyalaya, Nagaon offers admission at three distinct levels. MSSV Nagaon admission to UG is given based on the merit of the HSC. It is required that all other candidates have passed the MSSV Research Admission Test (MSSVRAT).

The MSSV Nagaon admission applications must be submitted using the prescribed form, which is available at the Office of the Registrar upon payment of the prescribed fees.
Qualified applicants must request admission from the Departmental Research Committee Chairperson to conduct research in a department.
The university will publicise admissions through a newspaper and official website at least twenty days before the date of the admissions.
