To perform the campus drive, the placement team and the recruiting businesses first agree on a placement schedule, which is then shared with the students.
To participate in the recruiting drives held by various companies, candidates must register. Companies will offer students a pre-placement talk to inform them of the fundamental policies of the firm and to provide them with an overview of the organisation. This is a two-way conversation where the students and the company can engage.
