The University had fully equipped OPD. It is six bedded, 24-hour dispensary with qualified medical staff for routine, emergency cases. Medicines are provided free of cost to students. The University has also maintained an Ambulance for the convenience of students, faculty, and staff during an emergency.

The university has a total of five hostels for the students on the university campus. The total numbers of students presently residing in the hostels are 1000.

The university Transport department has two 52-seater buses, which are used for the transport of students from Bathinda City and these buses are used for educational and industrial tours. College has two staff cars, which are used by principals, faculty, and staff for official work. The University library was established the year 1989. The library has a collection of over 54166 Volumes of references and textbooks related to engineering and allied subjects. The library is an amazingly rich collection that contains E-resources, Textbooks, BIS codes, VCD, Encyclopaedias, Directories, Yearbooks, Biographical sources, and General books including novels. The library is also subscribing to 65+ Technical journals, general magazines, and library-subscribed full-text online databases like IEEE, Elsevier (Science Direct), ASCE, ASME, and Pearson e-Books. It has Membership of DELNET since 2007. The electronic library has 23 systems to access E-Journals, E-books, CDs/DVDs, etc. Library & Information Centre provides uncompromising information and intellectual requirements to its students and faculty with a user-friendly approach. It offers a fully integrated and dynamic environment for conducting academic study. Multiple copies ensure that resources are easily available in the Reference Section and Stock Section as well. The library has an independent Reading Hall, The Periodical Section of the library is housed in a separate hall that has books, especially on Architecture and Textiles along with printed journals, News Paper, and common magazines.

The university is always there to bestow the best services of electronic data, by assisting the resourceful software, and also in ensuring the smooth run of a network in the times to come. The Department of Information Technology is there to support the learners in learning the core values. The Computer Centre. has undoubtedly become an integral part of every organization as it plays a pivotal role in the smooth run of any work. It maintains its mainframe system and databases for a small business that owns a single computer. Computer Centre is also one and the only with the help of which communication can be made possible so as to give and get the information. It works remotely in storing and ensuring the information. Inevitably this is what makes the organization work incoherent by maximizing their productivity. Faster the system greater the output it gets.
