Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda has a career and counselling cell that handles placement activities on campus. As per the NIRF report of 2024, as many as 2,287 students were placed at the UG level while 2,080 PG students received placement offers from various companies.

The overall median salary offers received were Rs 3.00 Lakhs for 3 and 5 year UG courses and Rs 4.00 Lakhs for 4 year UG courses. For the PG students, the overall median salary offer stood at Rs 3.40 Lakhs for 2 year PG and Rs 3.50 Lakhs for integrated PG courses. Normally it is seen that students do not choose campus placement immediately after bba, as some join masters and some join family business but in college placement, The median package is around ₹2.8-3 LPA but not consistent hiring is there

i do not have much idea regarding placements as of now but i do know that there are alot of departments where happens to be quite a good amount of people placed and the salary package is quite good also, for instance, in social work faculty there are 100% placements and the highest package is of around 40 to 50 lakhs.

However, the University offers the BA Psychology programme at the undergraduate level.
