Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Science Stream with (60% & 40% weight-age, respectively) from any recognized board.

Admission Details

The admission to B.Tech. degree programme at NIT Uttarakhand is done through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA)/CSAB. Admissions were given on the basis of All India Rank (AIR) prepared by JoSAA considering score in JEE (Main).

NIT Uttarakhand's infrastructure is developing, with good facilities on its currently functional Srinagar campus (Wi-Fi, labs, library, gym, canteen, DG backup) and a new, modern permanent campus being built in Sumari, Srinagar, promising enhanced facilities for a better student experience amidst the Himalayan environment. Fully Wi-Fi enabled with high-speed internet.Classrooms and hostels have DG sets for uninterrupted powerWell-equipped laboratories for various departments.A good library with a reading room.
