LLM Corporate Law and Commercial Law is a full-time one years duration course offered by National Law University, Cuttack.

The LL.M. curriculum has the following components:

  • Foundation/Compulsory Courses (3 papers of three credits each)
  • Optional/Specialization Courses (6 papers of two credits each) and will be notified in each semester.
  • Dissertation (3 credits)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed Undergraduate law programme (B.A.LL.B./B.B.A.LL.B.,/LL.B. etc) or equivalent examination and secured at least 50 % marks (or its equivalent grade) in the said examination from any recognized College/University in the state of Odisha.

Admission Details

Admission to the LL.M. Programme at National Law University, Odisha is made strictly on merit, based on a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to be conducted at different centers across the country.
