The National Law University, Meghalaya offers admissions at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The NLU Meghalaya admissions are offered based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination conducted by the university. The NLU Meg admission to the UG selection process is done based on a valid score in MEG UAT. 

The NLU Shillong admission for the LLM course is done based on the valid scores in MEG PAT followed by the personal interview process. Candidates whose name appears on the NLU Meghalaya merit list The final step in the NLU Meghalaya admission process is document verification and fee payment. NLU Meghalaya Registration Process 2025

• The candidates must log in to the portal and register at the official website.
• Then the candidates will receive the login ID and password that are required to fill out the online application form.
• The candidates are required to fill in all the necessary details in the NLU Meghalaya application form along with the Statement of Purpose (SOP).
• Finally, students need to pay the NLU Meghalaya application fee of Rs 3,000 except for the state-domiciled persons who are required to pay Rs 1,500.
• Lastly, click the submit button after verifying the details.

NLU Meghalaya Login

After filling out the application, candidates are given login ID and password. For NLU Meghalaya login, candidates must go to the following website- erp.nlumeg.in/admission/. After that, candidates will enter the student login portal which can help candidates know academic, personal and other information.

NLU Meghalaya UG Admissions 2025

The college offers BA LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.) and B.Sc LLB (Hons.) at the undergraduate level. The duration of NLU Shillong UG courses lasts for 5 years.

The college offers only LLM Corporate Law at the postgraduate level. The duration of the NLU Shillong LLM course is 1 year. The college offers LLM in full-time mode only.

• The candidates must meet the NLU Shillong LLM eligibility criteria to apply for the courses.
• Applicants must fill out the application form by visiting the official website.
• Then the candidates must appear and qualify for the NLU Meg Postgraduate Admission Test [MEG PAT].
• Candidates shortlisted from MEG PAT will be notified through SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Shortlisted candidates must appear for the personal interview round where students will be marked based on their general proficiency, communication abilities, interest in pursuing the field, and knowledge of the subject.
• The candidate will be shortlisted for NLU Meghalaya admissions based on their performance in MEG PAT and performance in the interview.
• Finally, the NLU Meg MEG PAT merit list will be released and document verification will be done followed by the NLU Shillong fee payment.

The college offers Ph.D Law at the doctoral level. The duration of the NLU Meghalaya Ph.D. course may last for 6 years. The college offers Ph.D in full-time mode.
