National Rail and Transportation Institute, Vadodara has an established placement cell which is known as Career Development Cell (CDC). It assists students in the placement process and provides training including CV writing, aptitude tests and mock interviews to prepare them for the National Rail and Transportation Institute, Vadodara placements. • The placement cell of the college invites many organisations and companies to its campus to recruit students.  

• The college and visiting organisations finalise the dates to conduct the placement drive.

• To hire the best students, the NRTI Vadodara campus is visited by a number of organisations to conduct the selection process.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews and group conversations are all possible methods involving the selection process.

• Students who successfully merit the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the organisation.

• The candidates hired by the companies and organisations receive the standard placement package.
