Auro University, Surat has a separate and well-established training and placement cell that helps and guides students through the complete process of placement. As per NIRF 2023, 24 UG students and 3 PG students were placed during Auro University placements. PG students received Auro University median salary package of Rs 4.0 Lakhs. 

The main objective of the Auro University placement cell is to offer equal opportunities for all levels of programmes. The Auro University, Surat placement cell holds regular workshops and seminars to develop the communication skills and overall personality of the students. Auro University Surat provides various job opportunities by conducting placement drives and internship opportunities to the students. The Auro University placement cell also conducts mock tests and practice sessions and organises classes on aptitude, quantitative ability, logic and reasoning to make students practise and enhance their skills and confidence before appearing for the written test and final interview.

• The placement cell invites the companies for the placement drives.

• The companies conduct pre-placement talks on campus.

• Student's resumes are sent to the recruiters.

• The shortlisted candidates will be invited by the recruiter for group discussions and personal interview rounds.

• A list of selected candidates will be sent to the placement cell.
