RV University UG Admissions 2024

Admission to most of the RVU undergraduate programmes is through the RVSAT entrance exam and RVU selection process. While admission to B.Sc (Hons) Decision Science is aptitude test and personal interview based and admission to B.Tech (Hons) courses is through the RVSAT entrance exam as well as through KEA/ CET/ Govt Quota.

RV University Bangalore UG Courses and Eligibility Criteria

BA (Hons)	10+ 2 or equivalent with minimum 45% marks in aggregate. Age Limit: General - 20 years and SC/ST & Other Backward Communities - 22 years.
BBA (Hons)
B.Com (Hons)	10+2 or equivalent.
B.Sc (Hons.)	10+2 or equivalent in Science or Commerce with min 60% Marks.
B.Tech. (Hons.)	10+2 or equivalent with minimum aggregate marks of 60%.

RV University Bangalore UG admission process

Register for RVSAT 2023 at admissions.rvu.edu.in.
Appear for RV University Selection Process depending on the course applied for and score in RVSAT
Applicants shall be issued a selection letter.
Successful applicants in the above selection procedure shall be registered to the programme after receipt of registration fees as specified in the selection letter.
Upon completion of the RVU selection procedure, applicants shall be notified about the admission and a Provisional Admission Letter shall be issued.

RV University Bangalore PG Admissions 2024

Admission to most of the RVU postgraduate programmes is through the RVSAT entrance exam and RVU selection process. Admission to M.Tech (Data Science) will be based on the final merit list and admission to MA (Film, Philosophy and Cultural Studies) will be based on a personal essay (Statement of Purpose) and Panel interview.

RV University PG Courses and Eligibility Criteria

M.Des	Bachelor’s Degree in Design/ Engineering (Any stream)/ Architecture/ Interior Design: 10+2+4 years (minimum four-year Bachelor’s programme)
MA Economics	Bachelor’s Degree in any subject.
MA	Minimum 55% in UG (any discipline)
LLM	3-year LLB/ BA LLB/ BBA LLB or any other graduate degree in Law with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate.
M.Tech. Data Science	4-year bachelor’s degree/ MCA/ M.Sc/ B.Sc (Research) in Core Engineering or allied subjects with minimum aggregate marks of 50% for General, 47% for NC-OBC, and 45% for SC/ST/DAP. OR AIME or equivalent degree approved by statutory bodies.

RV University Bangalore Ph.D Admissions 2024

Admission to most of the RVU doctoral programmes is through the Entrance Test and Viva Voce before a research committee. Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET and those who have an M.Phil. degree are exempted from writing the Ph.D entrance exam.
