In such a low percentile it is not possible to get SRM University Chennai. I would suggest you to give entrance examination for SRM University conducted by him. If you can get under 10k rank in the entrance examination then you can easily get cse with specialisation branch.

However there are some conditions like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

If you want to do Btech in cs, then I suggest you go to MIT Manipal. The academics there are good. The environment there is also good, and the vibe is just unique. The colleges you mentioned above are also good, but Manipal is just the whole deal in one. I would suggest you go for it!

you should definitely go to Vellore Institute of technology over SRM, KTR. The main motive behind conducting three rounds of SRMJEE is that to give candidates enough opportunities in case they are not prepared, have a bad day or miss the exam. Definitely , option A is better . SRM CSE is good . SRM Kattankulathur campus has good standard,rankings and reviews for CSE branch . Also CSE is the most opted branch in this campus. The overall rating of this college is good. The campus is well structured and the Infrastructure facilities, hostel ambience, campus life and the mess food are also good..

In my opinion I would say choose SRM KTR.

VIT Bhopal is a relatively new campus and the faculty members, facilities aren't that great. You would get a lot less exposure than what you would have gotten otherwise in VIT Vellore or Chennai.

SRM KTR being a older campus has better established alumni network, faculties and facilities.

Get ECE in SRM KTR and do courses and Internships that align with your interests to get into the branch of your interest.

The brand value of college will definitely have an impact on the options that you get during and after your course .
