For admissions in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University B.Tech course you do not need to give Joint Entrance Examination. Aspirants have to register for the online counselling process by paying the counselling fee and choose TNAU as their preference. The final selection of the candidate for TNAU admission will be offered after the participation in counselling, seat allotment, document verification and fee payment. Only candidates who have qualified 10+2 examination from a recognised Board of Higher Secondary Education of Government of Tamil Nadu/Central Board of Secondary Education/Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations/other State Government Boards/other International Boards are eligible for this course. So the admissions are based on your 10+2 level score.

Over the years, the Cut Off for Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, has changed a lot! In 2019, the Cut Off was 188.5 for General Category and it obviously got low for OBC, SC and ST Student. So, if in that case, for your Cut Off of 183.3, you can get admission in TNAU!

Yes, there are chances for you to get a seat in Tamil Nadu Anna University. But let me inform you that the counselling process for Tamil Nadu was over by the mid of October. Even the supplementary counselling is over. But if you are asking for future purpose then the answer is yes for now. We cannot predict the change in cutoff.
