Annamalai University Admission Process

Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar admission is offered at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. Annamalai University admissions at the UG level are based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Candidates for the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) must meet the DOTE's eligibility requirements. Candidates seeking Annamalai University admission to the B.P.Ed programme must appear for selection tests and achieve a minimum score of 50%.

Candidates must apply for admission to Annamalai University and attend the counselling to be held by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, Chennai. Annamalai University admissions to M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, M.Lib.I.Sc, and M.S.W programmes are offered based on merit of the qualifying examination, followed by an interview.

The Annamalai University annamalainagar admission to B.Ed and M.Ed is on the basis of the marks secured in the qualifying UG/PG degree examination. Annamalai University admissions to MBA, M.C.A, M.E/M.Tech are offered based on TANCET scores followed by an interview.

The selection is based on the merit in the qualifying examination- marks obtained in 10+2.
Eligible candidates must register for counselling.
Shortlisted candidates are called for counselling merit.

Aspirants must meet the Annamalai University eligibility criteria.

Based on the marks obtained by the students in the Science subjects in the qualifying examinations a merit list is prepared.
The merit list is published on the official website of Annamalai University.

Annamalai University B.P.Ed. admission is based on the following ranking for a total of 150 marks: Participation in Games and Sports- 25 marks, Games Skill Test- 50 marks, Track and Field Skill Test- 50 marks, Physical Education (B.Sc or B.P.Ed or B.P.E.S) or D.P.Ed - 5 marks.
Shortlisted candidates must complete the admission process by getting their documents verified and paying Annamalai University course fee.

Annamalai University BE Admission Process 2024

Eligible candidates must submit the TNEA application first, which is administered by the Department of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu.
Further, the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, then releases the TNEA cutoff.
The cutoff is determined by the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in class 12 and a rank list is prepared as a result.
Candidates meeting the TNEA cutoff can participate in the TNEA counselling procedure.
Candidates must get their documents verified and pay the course fees to complete the Annamalai University admission procedure once a seat has been assigned.

Annamalai University PG Course Admissions 2024

The university offers more than 115 courses for Annamalai University PG admissions. The university offers M.Pharma in various specialisations such as Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and others. Admission to M.Com, M.Sc., M.A., M.E, M.Sc., M.Com., M.Lib.I.Sc., and M.S.W courses are offered on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination followed by an interview. Hope you are doing good candidates who are not satisfied with their marks can fill re evaluation of answer sheet in which your answer sheet is re check by the university if they cut your marks un necessary than they may increase your marks and remember sometimes marks got decreased.

Revaluation should be applied within 15 days from the date of publication of results. You have to write a letter requesting for Re-valuation and the fee paid receipt should be sent by you to The Controller, Controller of Examination, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar - 608 002, Cuddalore district, Tamil Nadu, India.
