TLSU Vadodara placement cell acts as a bridge between job seeker and recruiter. It organises mock interviews, group discussions and Career guidance sessions for the students. These activities help the students in getting job ready by providing them job necessary skills which increase their chances of getting selected and also improves their confidence.

TLSU Placement Procedure 

• The placement cell invites companies for the placement drive.

• Companies interested accept the invitation and their participation is confirmed.

• The candidates interested can apply for the placement drive by contacting the placement cell and submitting the required documents.

• The institute and the companies together decide when to schedule the placement drive.

• Companies may be required to give the Pre-Placement Talk, in which they will tell the candidates about their company and job openings. 

• The candidates interested for the job profile can apply for the placement.

• Candidates need to clear the interview, group discussion, written or aptitude test ( it will depend on the companies, they may conduct any or all of the above mentioned placement tests)
