Master of Science in Information Technology is two-year duration full-time course offered by the School of Computing Sciences at Kaziranga University, Jorhat.

The programme offers knowledge and expertise for students aiming a career in the IT field. The curriculum equips students with the right skill sets and toolkit required to become an expert in information technology to meet the industry demand for skilled computer professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must have Passed Bachelor’s degree in Physics / Mathematics / IT or B.Tech./BE (CS/IT) or BCA from any recognized university & have secured 45% or above aggregate marks (40% in case of SC/ST category).

Admission Details

Submitting the completely filled up application form.
Qualifying the eligibility criteria & selection process.
Qualifying candidates will be issued admission offer letters.
Once your admission offer letter is issued, within 15 days the candidate has to pay the full tuition fees and other applicable fees of 1st Semester. Registration will be done only after full payment of the requisite fees.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is nice having all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. There are all the facilities in our classroom including a projector, a smartboard, seating area, and AC. WiFi is poor. But everything else is well-maintained and the spaces are clean.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of our college is very beautiful. The main lobby looks luxurious, and also the classrooms have all the facilities like- a projector, a smartboard, and a centralized Air Conditioner. The library contains all the good books for reference to our course and the computer labs are well-equipped with the latest PCs. As I am a day scholar, I don't know about hostel life, but everything else is well maintained in our department.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of KU is very nice as the classrooms have all the smart technologies including a projector, smartboard, Air conditioner, etc. The computer labs and the library also have all the essential equipment for a student to study. WiFi is very slow, but everything else if clean and well-maintained. Living space and food in the hostel are hygienic too.
