• Eligible candidates must apply through the official website of Assam Agricultural University.

• Selection of the candidates for AAU Jorhat admissions into  Master’s Degree Programmes shall be based on the NTA score (2024-25) obtained by the candidates in ICAR AIEEA (PG) during the academic session 2024-25.

• In order to admit the eligible students across the subject groups in the Faculties of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences, AAU Jorhat also conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET). AAU PG admissions through CET will be considered only when the candidates don’t find a place in a Department of their choice through NTA score.

• Assam Agricultural University may also conduct Entrance Test (ET) for the subject/Department for which the ICAR does not conduct a similar test, such as, THT and for the subject groups with inconsistent eligibility criteria like BAC/FST/ABT/MBA.

• Candidates must appear for the necessary entrance tests as listed above.

• AAU releases its cutoff in multiple rounds depending on the number of applicants and the availability of seats.

• Students who manage to clear the cutoffs must submit the necessary documents for verification and pay the requisite fees.
