ACN College of Engineering and Management Studies, Aligarh is dedicated to providing students with opportunities to build their careers. ACNCEMS Aligarh placement cell conducts a placement drive, wherein different established companies participate and recruit students from the college for various jobs and internship opportunities in their respective fields. 

The ACNCEMS Aligarh placement cell also organises workshops and training programmes to help students develop their personalities and learn better skills to ensure employment during the ACNCEMS Aligarh placement process.

• The college's placement cell invites many organisations and companies to its campus to recruit students.  

• The college and visiting groups finalise the dates to conduct the placement drive.

• Interested students must register for the placement drive and complete the ACNCEMS Aligarh application process.

• To hire the best candidates, the ACN College of Engineering and Management Studies, Aligarh campus is visited by several organisations to conduct interviews.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group conversations are all possible methods involving the selection process.

• Candidates who successfully make it through the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the organisation.
