Bachelor of Arts (BA) Programs: Programmes offered by AMJC in BA include English Literature, Philosophy, Economics, Defence and Strategic Studies, Travel and Tourism Management, Criminology and Police Administration, Tamil, and Public Administration. Such BA programs should consider admission based on qualifying marks from the 10+2 examinations, giving preference to students who studied the same subjects in higher secondary.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Programs: A B.Sc. is available at the college, such as Chemistry, Computer Science, Visual Communication, Electronics and Communication Science, Electronics Media, Physics with Computer Applications, Psychology, Home Science Interior Design and Decor, Mathematics, and Software Application. Admission into the above-mentioned programs is competitive and based on the marks in relevant science subjects from the 10+2 qualification.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Programs: AMJC offers B.Com courses in various specializations such as Corporate Secretaryship, Information Systems and Management, Computer Applications, Accounting and Finance, Bank Management, and Marketing Management programmes. Admission into these programs is based on results of the qualifying examination at 10+2 with particular importance given to marking in commerce and mathematics subjects. 

Masters Programs: Masters programs include the following: MA in Economics, Tourism and Travel Management, French, and Public Administration; M.Sc. in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Visual Communication, Computer Science, and Applied Psychology. Course-wise admission is made on the basis of the candidates' performance at their relevant bachelor's degree.
