Al-Azhar College of Engineering and Technology (AACET), located in the mountainous region of Idukki, Kerala, offers its students a wide variety of engineering courses. Through the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical (KEAM) examination, applicants mostly enter for B.Tech courses at AACET. This state-level entrance test is compulsory for students seeking admission to engineering courses in the college.

B.Tech: B.Tech admissions in AACET are largely dependent on the KEAM rank. A number of B.Tech courses are provided under the college, with specialties that include Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cyber Security, and Biomedical Engineering.
