The college has two three-story hostels, one each for boys with an intake capacity of 75 students per hostel. All the hostels have a resident warden and other staff members. AIMETC boy’s hostels include Wi-Fi, separate well-furnished common rooms, guest rooms, sick rooms, and amenities like television, canteen, and newspapers.

The college has separate hostels for girls. AIMETC has two three-story hostels, one each for girls. Each hostel can accommodate up to 75 students. Some of the facilities available to students include Wi-Fi, separate well-furnished common rooms, guest rooms, sick rooms, electricity, etc.

To ensure students' medical needs are fulfilled, the college offers medical facilities.

The college has a modern gym that is fully equipped with all modern equipment like treadmills, multi-gyms, etc.

The college has a fully airconditioned library having information materials about various disciplines such as social sciences, psychology, economics, general management, finance, accounts, production, operations management, marketing, trade & commerce.

The college has developed infrastructures for sports like cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton and indoor games like table tennis, chess, and carom, etc.

The college has a computer center that is equipped with high-end servers. The computer centre has 544 computers of which 3 are servers, 15 laptops, and 526 are desktops with C2D and core i3 processors.

The college has a cafeteria that serves a variety of food items to students, staff, and faculty members.

The college has an auditorium that can accommodate 300 students. The auditorium is used to organize various events such as seminars, workshops, etc.

The college has a 52-seater deluxe bus fitted with a music system. Apart from providing transportation facilities daily, AIMETC also provides transportation services for industrial visits and excursion trips.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a club facility for all students. Student Driven Clubs, Marketing Club, Human Resource Club, Finance Club, IT Club, Engineering Club, Sports Club, Cultural and Co-curricular Club, Literary and dramatics Club, NSS Club, and Social Media Club.

The college has a training and placement cell facility for all students. The Technical Campus has a Placement Cell comprising faculty members and students from each course. Its activities are coordinated by Head, Training & Placements.
