Apex Institute of Technology and Management, Pahala Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

The Apex Institute of Technology & Management (AITM) is one of the prominent engineering colleges located in Pahala, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The institute designs and molds excellent engineers via a totally merit-and-entrance exam-based admission procedure. AITM offers four full-time B-Tech courses of four years in various engineering disciplines. 

All admissions start from January-February every year, almost at the same time as the entrance exams' application dates. The scores obtained in entrance examinations are the primary bases for the admission procedure for two major examinations, namely the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) and the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE). These two form the core of the admission process into the B.Tech programs of AITM.

The basic eligibility criteria for the B-Tech program at AITM are 10+2 or its equivalent examination in which Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are the mandatory subjects.

Application Process

AITM's application procedure for admission in B.Tech programs is:

1. Sit for JEE Main or OJEE: The candidate must first register and appear for either JEE Main or OJEE.

2. Get a valid score: Get a valid score in the examination undertaken; the results are usually declared a few weeks post-examination.

3. Attend counseling: A figure of merit counseling is held by the authorities of JEE Main or OJEE to which eligible candidates must attend following the announcement of results.

4. Admission allotment: On the basis of his/her rank and choice, seats shall be allotted to the candidates in various rounds of counseling.

5. Verification of documents: Candidates allotted a seat in AITM must report to the institute for document verification, generally requiring the submission of the following:

• JEE Main/OJEE scorecard
• Mark sheets and certificates of class 10 and 12
• Character certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile certificate (if required)
• Passport-sized photographs (recent)

6. Fee Submission: After successful verification of all documents, candidates have to pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.

7. Final Admission: Candidate once the fee is paid and All formality completed is enrolled in the allotment of the B-Tech program in AITM.

B.Tech: AITM admits four B.Tech programs, each with 60 seats awaiting occupation. The programs are:
