B.Sc. Courses: B.Sc. courses in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Botany, Zoology, and Statistics are conducted by the college. Admission will be on merit list prepared depending on marks scored in the science subjects of the qualifying exam.

BCA Course: Bachelor of Computer Applications course admission will be as per the marks secured in the 10+2 exam with students who have Commerce and Mathematics stream as preference.

M.A. Courses: AAGAC offers M.A. courses in Tamil, English, History, and Economics. Admission is given on the basis of marks obtained in the relevant bachelor's degree course and/or entrance test conducted by the college.

M.Sc. Courses: The college offers M.Sc. courses in Physics, Botany, Mathematics, Chemistry, Information Technology, and Computer Science. Admission is given on the basis of marks obtained in the relevant bachelor's degree course and/or entrance test.

M.Phil. and Ph.D. Courses: AAGAC offers M.Phil. and Ph.D. courses in various disciplines. Candidates are selected for the research courses on the basis of performance in entrance test and/or interview conducted by the college or the respective university.
