So yes you might get seat in the college under the army category
Merit list will be prepared as per the scores obtained in NEET 2020 exam by University. 2019 and before year batch cut offs for ACMS admission, based on All India NEET rank and previous years cutoff
Army Category: Seats reserved for wards/widows of Army personnel 78 marks cutoff is nearly for last candidate is around 435-450
Defence Category: Seats reserved for wards/widows of Defence personnel 4 seats reserved horizontally for defence category
cutoff is nearly for last candidate is around 150-180 marks

If your parent is a serving personnel in the Army, then the official seal will belong to OC Unit/Pers Branch, AHQ .
If your parent is retired from the Army, then the seal belongs to DSS & A Board/ Record Office.

There is seperate amount of alloted seats for wards of Army Personnel and a separate for the other branches(viz. Navy, Air Force, etc.) of the Indian Armed Forces which are included within the Defence Quota. So they are two seperate categories as mentioned.

The ACMS, DELHI, is affiliated to Indraprastha University. The cut off rank for the last two year was around 35000-40000. The rank one get as per the marks scored in the NEET exam plus the cut off for the current year will decide this year cut off.

It is difficult to compare two colleges of such stature. Both are equally good colleges, and as you stated about the fee structure so that is more or less the same for both according to previous year just the mess and hostel fees is what differs. Now it depends on what basis are you asking if you want to go for a government college which is also older and has more experienced faculties then GMC is better other than that ACMC is ranked among the top 25 colleges in India. So, it depends on your choice.
