Asha M Tarsadia Institute of Computer Science and Technology, Bardoli Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Tarsadia Institute of Computer Science and Technology must certainly be the most distinguished of the new independent constituent colleges for higher learning, as its only aim is to impart instruction in the ever-important fields of Computer Science and Technology. Every B. Tech program available for students at this institute is developed and standard-ed so that they can compete with the standards of high efficiency for an ever-varying and conquering world of Information Technology. As the new academic year usually starts at AMTICS, admissions to the next academic year are opened toward the end of every calendar year. 

Admission into its B. Tech. program is based on academic qualifications as well as on the performance in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET).The admissions test primarily granted access by AMTICS is GUJCET, and registration for enrollment usually opens in mid-December through the greater part of January. Next year's enrollment will run through GUJCET from December 15, 2024 - January 7, 2025. Students aspiring for admissions should prepare to work hard for that examination since it serves a very pivotal role in the admission process.

Admission Process

To gain admission into the B.Tech programs of AMTICS, the following steps would include:

1. Appear for GUJCET:

• Set aside some funds to register for GUJCET during the application period (December 15, 2024, through January 7, 2025, for the next academic year). 
• Refer to the official exam website for specific study tips.
• Sit for the test on the scheduled date.

2. GUJCET Results and Counseling:

• GUJCET results are announced, and it is time to check one's score and rank. 
• If eligible, register for the GUJCET counseling process.

3. Access AMTICS:

• Visit AMTICS or Uka Tarsadia University's official links.
• Fill out the online application for the desired B.Tech program.
• Attach all necessary documents, including:
• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• GUJCET score card
• Passport size photograph
• Any other certificates as specified by the institute

4. Application Fee Payment: Deposit the relevant payment towards the application fee through the prescribed mode of payment.

5. Finalizing Admission:

• Selected candidates will be issued an acceptance letter by AMTICS.
• The candidate has to then accept the offer and pay the admission fee within the stipulated time period. 

6. Verification of Documents: Report on the date set for the physical verification of documents at AMTICS.

• Submission of all original documents for verification.

7. Enrollment:

• Complete enrollment by filling the remaining form requirements or documents.
• Attend the orientation program to become familiar with the institute and its services.

Degree Wise Admission Process

The seven AMTICS B.Tech programs, each of four years' duration, are eligible for admission through GUJCET. The following are the programs and their intake capacities:

1. B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (120 seats)
2. B.Tech Software Engineering (60 seats)
3. B.Tech Information Technology (60 seats)
4. B.Tech Cyber Security (60 seats)
5. B.Tech Computer Engineering (60 seats)
6. B.Tech Cloud Computing (60 seats)
7. B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (60 seats)

Candidates who manage to qualify GUJCET and have fulfilled the eligibility condition will be processed for admission.

M.Tech: Through AMTICS, students can pursue an Integrated M.Tech program in Computer Science and Engineering, which has 68 seats. As yet, no admission details have been carved out for the integrated M.Tech program but quite likely, it would accept GATE scores or conduct AMTICS-specific entrance test for admission into this postgraduate program.
