Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences Cherukupally (AIPS) offers pharmaceutical education at the highest standards. Thus, AIPS admissions for pharmacy candidates are purely on a merit basis giving an equal platform for aspiring pharmacists.
The AIPS admission cycle follows the academic calendar and announces the call for applications some months before the start of each new academic year. Admission to undergraduate courses is generally through AP EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) conducted by APSCHE.
The institution accepts GPAT or AP PGECET for admission into the master's programs. Each program has different eligibility requirements. For B.Pharma, the student must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. For M.Pharma, eligibility requires a B.Pharm or equivalent degree recognized as such by the UGC for admission.

AIPS has different application processes depending on the program:
1. For B. Pharma:
i. AP EAMCET taken.
ii. Scoring a minimum score required by AIPS.

iv. If the candidate has been randomly selected, completing the admission in AIPS by document verification and payment of fees.
2. For M. Pharma:
i. Entrance test taken: GPAT/AP PGECET.
ii. AIPS application with entrance test result.
iii. Listed candidates may be called for further rounds of selection, if any.
iv. Complete the M P admission procedure by document handing in and fee payment.
3. For Pharm.D; Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate:
i. The eligibility criterion checks on the AIPS website.
ii. Institute-specific admission or through some admission port.
iii. Attend entrance examination/institute-specific interview if applicable.
iv. Formalization of Admission if selected.
