Panjab University (PUCHD) Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Panjab University (PU) Chandigarh offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. PU Chandigarh admission is provisional and is confirmed after the final results. PU Chandigarh admission to UG courses is done through the PUCET UG exam and the PUCET PG exam is necessary for PG admissions. Some departments of the PU Chandigarh admissions are offered based on erit basis. 

PU Chandigarh admission to MBA courses requires students to appear in the PUMET/CAT exams. Panjab University Chandigarh also offers admission based on scores in NEET/NEET MSS/JEE Main and GATE exams to medical and engineering courses. Panjab University Registration Process 2025

• Go to Panjab University's official website and select 'Online Registration' from the drop-down menu.

• Fill out the PU form form and click the 'Register' button.

• Use the registered login ID and password to log in.

• Fill out the PU Chandigarh admission form with all of the required information.

• Upload the required documents in the dimensions specified.

• Pay the PU Chandigarh application fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking account.

• Print the Panjab University admissions form and save it until the admissions process is over.

Panjab University Admit Card 2025

The Panjab University will issue the Panjab University 2025 admit card for UG programmes on May 8, 2025 and for PG programmes, in June 2025 in online mode. Candidates will have the option of selecting their preferred Panjab University admit card based on their preferences. Applicants who submitted their application form can download the Panjab University admit card 2025 by visiting the university's official website. 

The admit card contains information such as the candidate's name, category, course name and code, exam date and time, and the name and address of the exam site on the Panjab University 2025 admission card. Candidates must ensure that they have their Panjab University 2025 admit card with them when they go to the test centre. Failure to do so will result in the candidate's admission being revoked.

Panjab University UG Courses Admissions 2025

The university offers a total of 880 courses at the UG level. Departments offer centralised as well as individual admission to the courses. Students must fulfill the eligibility criteria and check the PUCHD seat intake for UG courses.

The university offers admission to PhD courses at the doctoral levels subject to a supervisor's availability. Candidates interested in admission to the PhD courses must go through the rules laid down by the university.
