Azeezia College of Dental Sciences and Research is one of the prosperous dental colleges in Kerala and India. Application Process

Kollam: Azeezia College of Dental Sciences and Research, NEET is the common entry point for all UG and PG programs. The steps for the application procedure are given below:

1. Registration for the NEET examination would be as follows:

1. For BDS: NEET- UG registration may be done at NTA official website.
2. For MDS: NEET-MDS registration can be done at the concerned portal.
3. The application should be duly filled in with uploading all requisite documents herewith.
4. Application fee payment requirements in accordance with the category.

2. Entrance Examination:

1. NEET exam date fixed for BDS or MDS is to be taken. 
2. Subject areas covered are Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for NEET-UG and dental subjects for NEET-MDS.

3. Results are to be Announced:

1. Candidates have to wait for the authorities to declare NEET results.
2. Check scored marks and all-India ranking.

4. Thereafter, candidates may proceed with registering themselves with either state-level or all India Counselling, as relevant, provided NEET cut-off is met for the college: The applicant must choose Azeezia College of Dental Sciences and Research, Kollam, as his/her preferred choice in counselling.

5. Seat Allocation: The seat allotted in Azeezia College has to be further confirmed per admission procedures laid down by the counselling authority and the college.

Degree-wise Admission Process

BDS: The Bachelor of Dental Surgery course in Azeezia College of Dental Sciences and Research has an intake of 100 seats. Admission to the BDS course is given strictly on merit basis of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) conducted by the Government of India. Minimum qualification for this exam is to have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the core.

MDS: Admission for any of the MDS courses would be through NEET-MDS for a total of 22 seats in Master of Dental Surgery courses in seven specialties. The specialties with their respective number of available seats include:

1. MDS Conservative Dentistry: 5 seats
2. MDS Oral Surgery: 3 seats
3. MDS Oral Pathology: 3 seats
4. MDS Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge: 3 seats
5. MDS Periodontics: 3 seats
6. MDS Orthodontics: 3 seats
7. MDS Pedodontics: 2 seats

Eligibility requirement for MDS is a BDS degree obtained from a recognized institute.
