B.H. College, Howly, is an affiliateed college in Hala Pakuri, Howly, Assam. The college offers programs through merit, with the assessment made on the merits of the applicant. Degree Wise Admission Process
B.Com: Admission into the various B.Com courses is strictly on merit, considering the candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination, and realizing B.Com is having Marketing Management, Finance, and Accountancy, with each of these having a total intake of 125 seats.
BBA: BBA course is offered with a total intake of 150 students. Admission is strictly on the basis of merit laid on the examination done by the student in the 10+2 and overall academic performance.
B.Sc: B.Sc programs offered in B.H. College are in various subjects like Mathematics, Statistics, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Economics. The intake for these programs varies from 20 to 100, depending on the specialization. Admission is through merit and the entry performance of the candidates in science subjects in 10+2 level.
BA: BA programs run in this college in many subjects like Education, English, Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, Assamese, History, Hindi, Bodo, Sanskrit, Bengali, Arabic, Mathematics, and Statistics. The intake of students varies from 5 to 70 seats depending on the specialization. The admission process is purely merit-based, which considers the performance of the candidate in the respective subject in 10+2.
M.Com: M.Com program at B.H. College is on merit. The admission process is strictly laid on merit considering the candidate's performance in respective B.Com or equivalent degree.
MA: Masters in Education and Assamese are provided by the college. Merit is based on the performance of the candidates in their respective bachelor's degrees.
I studied higher secondary and b.com. There were many experience teacher but now a few are left. No, it needs updates, there should be proper modern education system. No one can expect job directly after graduation.
