60 MonthsBachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by Punjabi University, Patiala with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
- The qualifications for 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
- The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.
Admission Details
The admission shall be given on the basis of online counseling to be conducted by the University authorized by the Government of Punjab. Baba Farid Law College, being an unaided private self-financed institution, has 15% seats of 85% state quota seats as management quota. The seats under the management quota shall be filled up on the basis of merit. There shall be no reservation in management quota seats. If a student fails to attend the classes for 07 days continuously from the date of admission or commencement of teaching in every new session, whichever is later, his/her admission shall be canceled and the fee (other than refundable) shall be forfeited.
