4. Writing and Submission of Documents: Organize all the necessary documents required for submission. Most commonly submitted documents include:

  • Qualifying exam mark sheets and certificates.
  • Entrance scorecard.
  • Proof of date of birth.
  • Category certificate (if applicable).
  • Any other as specified by the institute. 

5. Merit List: After announcing results of the entrance examination, the merit is constructed as per the criteria defined for each of those programs.

6. Counselling and seat allotment: Shortlisted candidates would then be summoned for the counselling that would allot seats depending on the merit and availability.

7. Payment of Fees: Then, students are asked to pay the prescribed fee to confirm their admission within the time limit given.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: According to the Government of Rajasthan and J.N.V. University, Jodhpur, admission to the B.Ed program is as per the marks scored in the PTET. The program has a capacity of 100 seats.

BA B.Ed: Merit will be the basis for selection to this integrated program whereby marks in qualifying examination and entrance examination or any other selection mode as prescribed by the State Government/University/UT Administration will be the basis for selection. This program has a total of 50 seats.

B.Sc B.Ed: Admission to this integrated program follows the same merit basis as the BA B.Ed program with qualifying examination marks and results from the entrance test or selection system according to government policy. This integrated program has 50 seats.

D.El.Ed: Admission in this program is mainly through marks obtained in qualifying examination and/or expected trends of state entrance tests as prescribed by respective state government concerning the trends established. The program offers 50 seats.

At the time of admission, students will have to indicate their preferences for subjects and pedagogic specializations for BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed programs. They will then be allocated seats based on merit and availability.
